DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Standard delivery: Web orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of payment, those orders placed before 2.30pm on weekdays will be dispatched same day via Royal Mail and so should arrive within 2-3 working days. Although we do send all of our orders using the 1st class option we cannot guarantee a next day delivery as once it has left our premises it is in the hands of Royal Mail.
Missing or late parcels: Royal Mail say an order is not termed as lost for 15 days, but our policy is, if your order is undelivered after 5 working days please contact Sales@Cheeky-Vapers.co.uk or call us on 01623 436738. Please note working days do not include weekends.
Guaranteed next working day delivery: We are now offering our customers the option for guaranteed next working day delivery, this is an option that you can select yourself for a fee of £4.50. Working days are Monday to Friday and does not include Weekends. *Do Note, When selecting next day delivery, please be aware that if selected after 3pm, your order will not be sent until the following day.
We can only guarantee the delivery if you will be available to take delivery as a signature is required or alternatively you can add a note to your order for it to be left either with a neighbour or in a safe place, if no note is added it will only be delivered to address only.
If UK Mail do not deliver your order next working day we will refund the delivery cost provided this was a fault on their part.
All of our items carry a 30 day guarantee, this is for faulty items only. If any of our products arrive faulty or damaged please return the item(s) within 7 days of arrival, also please email Sales@Cheeky-Vapers.co.uk to explain the faults.

If we cannot replace the item a refund will be made within 24hrs of the product being returned, all returns must be sent via recorded delivery.
Please be aware we do not offer replacements on any opened bottles of E- liquid due to a non preference of taste due to Health and Hygiene reasons, if you wish to return an unopened bottle for exchange please be aware you will be responsible for the return postage costs to us and the exchanged bottles return postage back to you.
E-Liquid is a personal choice and so if you have not tried a flavour before and are not certain that you will like it it may be best for you to try it in a 10ml bottle first.
